Crave worthy Easy Vegan Recipes + How to be Fat and Happy, and I don’t mean weight…

Hey it’s Steph, chef by trade and vegan by choice. You can learn more about me here.   It’s time to think outside the blog.  While I have to ton of vegan recipes to share with you, I created this space for more than just recipes.  I’m including links to my youtube channel where you’ll find vegan recipe videos, how to demonstrations, and of course a home for my ebook, Fat and Happy – A diet free from Animals, and a life free from bullsh!t.  More on that here.

I graduated Valedictorian from culinary school back in the day,  but all that means is that I excelled in the principles and methods of cooking.   I’m not, and don’t endeavor to be, the next top chef, Iron chef, Master chef, next food network star, or any other variation of pop culture television.  There are a ton of plant-based chefs I look up to and admire, pioneers in our field, gifted and inventive cooks leading the way, doin’ it way better than I ever could. I relate more to the everyday cook. I want to show people how accessible and manageable plant-based cooking can be.

That being said, this is no place for the uninspired.   This site is full of plant-based recipes that take honest, authentic, unaffected ingredients and turn them into something extraordinary. Taking something conventional and familiar, and making it exceptional.
